As an econometrician, I use machine learning tools to explore

  • asymptotic properties of optimal policy design
  • human-computer interaction in decision-making
  • (optimal) transport perspective of statistical estimation

Roughly speaking, I provide mathematical explanations for empirically successful machine learning methods, and justify their application to economic problems.

I am a fourth-year PhD candidate at the Institute of Economics, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University. I am on the job market this year.
